Bob Mabrey discovered woodworking in high school where he was awarded the Golden Hammer for excellence for three consecutive years.

Woodworking has been a lifelong interest for Bob, and he particularly enjoys combining American Maple, Cherry, and American Black Walnut with exotic hardwoods such as Purple Heart and Padauk. Innovative in design and technique, Bob pays tribute to his hometown roots with his Chico signature stamp on the back of each board.
